The signup form is a two step process:

Step 1 - Request for Reseller Status:
Enter information about the type of organization that is applying for reseller status. You can also use this form to submit questions to ArtVideo about becoming a reseller.

Step 2 - Account Setup:
Select a username and password, and enter your contact information. You will use your username and password to login to the reseller ordering system. Once you are approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
