Laying Out Your Palette

Always place your colors in the same order and location. Having to search for a color on your palette makes you lose time and concentration. When the hue that you need is not one of your colors, you must mix adjacent hues, therefore it is helpful to have them arranged in hue circuit order. The palette below shows how some of ArtVideo's artists layout their palette, but any similar system will work.
